Spa Manager - Umhlanga

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent personal presentation to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism are consistently maintained. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the team, as well as driving revenue and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial statements and experience in managing a spa's operating budget. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work confidently as both a leader and a team player. A minimum of two years’ spa management experience is required, along with a relevant spa qualification (CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC) Computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must also have their own vehicle.
