The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of management experience, including 1-2 years in a cruise liner or international setting, or in 5-star hotel resorts. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to mentor and motivate staff, and a focus on driving revenue and sales are essential. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing spa treatments, staff, inventory, and revenue performance. This role demands both operational expertise and a passion for wellness and hospitality. Candidates are required to understand financial statements and manage a spa operating budget, have excellent communication skills and be a confident team player. Qualified with a minimum of 3 year’s management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment. The candidate must be able to speak both Portuguese and English.
