In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism are consistently maintained. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the team, as well as driving revenue and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial statements and experience in managing a spa's operating budget. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work confidently as both a leader and a team player. A minimum of two years’ spa management experience is required, along with a relevant spa qualification (CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC). Computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft 365. Candidates must also have their own vehicle.

We are looking for a mature and responsible individual to join our team in a dual Reception and Back-Up Therapist capacity. The ideal candidate is passionate about the spa industry, presents themselves impeccably, and brings a strong retail track record. The successful candidate must hold a two-year Beauty Diploma (CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC preferred) and have a minimum of two to three years' spa experience. They must be fully qualified and competent in massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body wraps. Strong computer literacy and administration skills are essential; working knowledge of Zenoti spa software will be a distinct advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. We offer a market-related basic salary, commission, and performance incentives.
